Upcoming Lottery: Friday, April 9, 2021

The Terrapin Ridge housing lottery will take place online via Zoom on Friday, April 9, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. You do not have to attend the lottery to receive a lottery number. You will be notified of your status following the drawing. All applications entered into the lottery that are not offered units at this time will be placed by lottery number on a site-based waiting list for future vacancies.

Recently, some applicants have had common questions about our community:

Are utilities included in the rent? Yes, all utilities are included in the rent

Are households allowed to have pets? Each household will be allowed one dog or one cat, with dogs limited to 35 pounds.

Will my unit have a patio? All units will have either a patio or small balcony.

Do units have washers and dryers? The property will have a community laundry room. Only accessible units will have washers and dryers.
